7 Style Influencers to follow ahead of Fashion Week

With the first of Fashion Week 2018 kicking off in New York within a few days all eyes turn to the leading ladies of the front row, or ‘frow’, for style advice and inspiration styling SS18’s looks and trends. We got a little preview of what’s to come in Paris last week for Couture Week, with the first of the new season pieces hitting the streets of the fashion capital on the backs of some of the most stylish women on Instagram and the internet. So, with the new season styles and trends about to hit the highstreet (and the shopping world in general) who will you be looking to for styling advice this season? Here are my top seven picks, the ladies that I turn to daily for styling advice and inspiration across their social media and blogs…

Interior designer and style blogger, Aimee song is my first stop for new season style inspiration. Her and her team live fashion week to the fullest; her positivity is a breath of fresh air on the fashion scene, she is all about love and girl power. Follow her and find out how to make this seasons trends accessible and wearable for the everyday working girl and for some city foodies inspiration on her stories.

Camilla Coelho

Camila Coelho is a female powerhouse, and a stylish one at that. She recently walked the runway for Ralph & Russo as their bride for Paris Couture Week and I have a feeling that won’t be the last runway she walks for a big fashion house anytime soon. Follow her for feminine style, that is timeless with just a bit of edge.

Chriselle Lim

The unofficial head of the fashion pack, Chriselle Lim should be first on your list of women to look to during fashion week. This stylish mama is always on point with her style and not afraid to experiment with new trends. Follow her for inspiration on how to style the more daring trends of the season.

Caroline Daur

Caroline Daur, along with so many other German bloggers, is changing the face of fashion blogging. She has walked the runway with Dolce & Gabbana several times, was part of their SS17 campaign and is considered part of the D&G family in the fashion world. Caro’s sophisticated style that is always right on trend means she has well earned her spot in the ‘frow’, but don’t be fooled, behind those polished style shots in a girl that just wants to have fun! Follow her for ultimate luxury styling inspiration and for fun filled instagram stories.

Leonie Hanne

Another German lady rising to the top of the style girl gang is Leonie Hanne, the beauty and brains behind Ohh Couture. Leonie has also walked a few shows during recent fashion weeks and worked closely with top brands such as Dior and Chanel. Follow her for sweet feminine style inspiration.

Jessie Bush

Blog: We The People

Jessie Bush will change the way you view and see inside Fashion Week; her instagram account during fashion week is bursting at the seams with styling inspiration that is accessible and wearable. She approaches style the way I imagine the editors of top fashion publications do, but at the same time makes high fashion relatable. Follow her for incredible street style shots, and high fashion styling ideas.

Victoria McGrath

Blog:  In The Frow

Last, but certainly not least, is British style blogger and influencer, Victoria McGrath. Victoria was recently named as one of the faces of L’oreal hair experts campaign along side the likes of Cheryl Cole. When it comes to fashion and styling, Victoria is all about the pieces, and not necessarily the price tag; while she loves luxury fashion brands, she’s not afraid to mix in some highstreet pieces or show you how you can achieve this season’s looks on a budget. Follow her for ‘the best of both’ styling.
